Day 3 and 4cleanse
I am just trying to stay on course. Yesterday was in a meeting room for one and a half hours and all I could smell was the sugary treats in the back of the room. Today had another meeting with donuts. Feels good to pass these things up and know that my cravings to satisfy an empty need will soon disappear. Last nite Dinner-amazing roast yams and Brussels sprouts with a tahini drizzle. Lesson-down size my portions that I am cooking. Buy smaller amounts.
Driving home it's now dark, but I get these amazing glimpses of the sky before the night settles. Finding beauty all around. Inspiration of the dropping sky.
