April first

Well it's April 1st and I have spent the day thinking about some good fools.  Not many came up, no good ones. My parents had the the best April Fools joke when I was a kid. They invited our neighbors over for brunch and when we answered the door we had towels on our heads, messed up hair,  and robes on.  We pretended we just woke up, oh it was so funny.  We still had brunch, but for some reason this was the funniest thing since sliced bread. One thing that has filled my mind today is daffodils.  They have not come from our ground, for everything is still covered in snow and frozen.  They came from the store as small buds and now have exploded into eye catching color.   Welcome April!
