Walking through the woods this morning on my daily dog walk I really tried to think. I know, I know my practice is to be here now, but I really am stuck on my question of what does success look like to me. Well I tripped on a branch at that moment and heard my mothers voice say "that's a sign you need to slow down". Slow down I did. So slow that I realized I need to stop thinking and just be here now. As I stretched my fingers and looked at the sun gleaming through the trees I discovered my new mantra, "my success is doing what I am doing now, because what I am doing is now"
